Can we design our own tree’s decorations ? Most certainly, we have a wide variety of bauble colours as well as decorations and we want our customers to be happy and if they aren’t happy with our recommended designs they are more than welcome to customise there tree and mix and match with the displays for e.g (garlands, wreaths , star , present boxes.

What is the most common tree leased for a cooperate office?
Depending on the space fort example if there are high ceilings in the area a 16 ft tree is our most common leased.

How early can we get the decorations up and how long before you take them down?Depending on availability but the tree and decorations can up as early late September to early October and will be taken down one to two weeks after the new year.

Are initial quotes and appointments for quoting free?All quotes and appointments are free of charge.

If the tree becomes damaged or faulty due to weather or customer negligence can we get it repaired?The festive society will repair anything tree related that was our fault for free however if customers negligence we will charge an hourly fee which is in our contract depending on stock availability.

If we are happy with your quote and want to proceed what’s next?We will email or wet signature a contract stipulating the job description and get it signed and organise dates when its suitable for the company to allow us to organise the show room.
If we are happy with your services can we use you for upcoming years and still get a good price ?Yes we can customise contracts where customers can lock in a good price for upto 3 years.
Do you do retail ?Yes, we are selling trees and vice versa if you already have the stock from another supplier and would simply like us to fit it we will examine the stock and happily fit it as-well and just quote you on labour.
